"This location is fantastic. They are immensely caring and will work with you through any situation. My father was diagnosed with cancer, a brutal and aggressive cancer. I was till a new client to them, yet I got checked in on anytime I went in, occasional text messages telling me they were thinking of us and when my gather passed they sent me a card with condolences. This is something no other company has cared to do with me. I actually sat with them for like half hour after his diagnosis just talking. We recently moved out of the area and chose to keep Doug Brockaway as out insurance agent so because I've never had an area actually care about someone as much as they do!!! "This was hands down the best experience I've had dealing with insurance EVER! I was with Lib/Mut, but they were charging me $101 a mo for 2 cars w/liability.....really! Then the last straw was when they called me about my renewal, on my birthday to tell me my rate was going up by $27. I asked why, I live in the sticks, I have no claims, no tickets and they could not give me a reason after an hr on the phone. CANCELED!
